Pearl Onions
Another new addition to our patch were pearl onions. Ours this year grew to be just baby pearl onions but both bulb and leaves were so flavorful that each onion plant was fully utilized. They also emanated a really strong onion scent even while still planted in the ground.
We used them in many dishes, and one of the dishes is a simple beef stir fry.
